One of the core values with Uplift Adventures is to encourage an active outdoor COMMUNITY and include all types of people. This will be the focus for the socials that happen on the last Thursday of the month.
We hope to see you out there to celebrate and learn!
Learn to use tinder (not the app) and light your fire. The evening will start with a hamburger BBQ grilled at the Fireman's Park. You will then be handed your fire starter kit, which is specially created and designed by enthusiasts. Peter Woodman will share the knowledge he has learned from attending bush-craft workshops. This will include how to properly equip yourself to build a fire when out in the bush. It's more than just carrying a lighter.
Uplift Adventures wants to encourage an outdoor and active community. We are offering socials once per month to encourage our community to make smart decisions in the backcountry and to get outside and adventure. These are low cost events and our way of giving back to our community that we love.
