Preparing yourself for outdoor survival will help you be responsive and knowledgeable in the backcountry, especially when an emergency happens.

On this one day course, we will head outside to make a winter shelter. While we will focus on building a quinzee shelter, we will also review other types of shelters that are easy and quick to build. We will go over winter survival skills and how to manage risks during the winter. This is not an avalanche safety training course, but we can hook you up with one of these too!
